The project is located in a private farm at the outskirts of Quito. The area is mostly conformed by small farms and by informal housing projects, which are vulnerable to natural disasters.

The client was aware of the risks that informal housing faces and wanted to provide a strong house to one of his oldest employees. The project had to be done in a short period of time and with a budget of $50 dollars per square meter.
